With Dragon Ball Genkidamatsuri (the “Spirit Bomb Festival”) coming soon January 25th to cap Dragon Ball’s 40th anniversary celebration, the fans are on high alert for any new announcements.
THIS viral “DBS Remake” image hit social media… and a lot of people assumed it was from Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods (especially with Battle of Gods trending again on Netflix).
This screenshot is NOT from the Battle of Gods movie — it matches Dragon Ball Super Episode 9 almost 1:1, with the same composition and staging… just heavily “corrected” in a way that sparked remake speculation.
