In today’s video we’re taking a look at one of SwitchBot’s newest (and quirkiest) releases — the SwitchBot Video Doorbell! 🚪📹

It’s their first ever smart doorbell, and true to SwitchBot style, it’s not just another generic Ring clone. Instead, they’ve thrown in their own twists: a built-in in-home display, local SD card storage, NFC unlocking, and some very SwitchBot-style design choices that definitely make it stand out.

I’ve been using this as my daily doorbell for the last 3 weeks — swapping out my usual Reolink — so today’s video is all about my honest thoughts, what’s great, what’s weird.
