The command "cl_showpos 1", which has been used to throw pixel-perfect smokes like the Dust2 hinge smoke without AWP, has been banned and locked behind the "sv_cheats" command. This config makes the smokes possible again by using in-game commands like "developer 1" and "getpos" and even shows the correct angle you have to line up.
The bugged mid/B molly on Vertigo has been fixed, but here is how do it after the patch as well.
