An electric vehicle is no good if you can't charge it. For ChargerHelp! co-founders Kameale Terry and Evette Ellis, the problem of broken EV charging stations presents a new business opportunity. Contracting with utilities and business, ChargerHelp! trains and deploys technicians to quickly diagnose and repair problems with charging stations. Terry and Ellis spoke to Motherboard about why broken charging stations so often stay broken, and how to build a well-paid team to fix them.
