looking at the channels in the server and seeing 'where is my order my order number is #xxxx' every few messages would surely fill any customer with confidence, and surely that's why there's still quite the number of supporters in their server, of course.

if comments are disabled, IT IS NOT BY ME. Youtube automatically disables comments on videos that they deem as spam. Hopefully with this extra disclaimer here, descriptions are longer and they stop disabling my comments. If you really want to tell me something, go to my latest video with enabled comments and tell me there.
Also, if content is spam, wouldn't allowing comments be better so that people can call them out in the comments? You can't see dislikes anymore so wtf...
