It's been a few years since I have talked about my nemesis 432 Park Avenue, a luxury condominium building on Billionaire's Row in New York City, here on this channel. But yet another New York Times article dropped talking about new issues with the building already seemingly riddled with issues, and obviously I want to make another video, four years later.
