A new seedling apple with amazing flavor. This small seedling apple has a dwarf growth habit and a strong fruit candy like flavor. It is definitely a winner for juice and hopefully will prove to be good for cider and processed products like jelly. In terms of further breeding it has the dwarf trait and flavor to offer. Future breeding will include this apple mixed with other very highly flavored apples like my seedling Hard Candy Cider, Cherry Cox, Cherry Crush, Irish Peach and Whitwick Pippin. There is potential to end up with apples that have a very dwarf or columnar habit with excpetionally high flavor for small yards and intensive production scenarios. It is not the best eating apple. The texture is not bad, just not really fun or great. We can improve that with further breeding. For now, this is a very legit juicing apple and we'll see what kind of cider it makes in the future.
