In this video, I discuss why USPS: The Great American Mail Race is broken at the 2-player count and is still not ideal at the 3-player count. This game's balance was focused on a 4-player game and is in desperate need of adjustments in order to work well at the lower player counts. There are some preliminary adjustments that the designers have made on BGG if you want to check that out here:

Hopefully, this will be a game that I can recommend in the future, once the game has been fixed at the 2-player and 3-player counts, since I did enjoy the basic gameplay beyond the game length issues that makes strategy non-existent at the 2-player count and still less than ideal at 3.
