Starting this food challenge trip by squaring off against this "Louisville Lip" BBQ sandwich challenge at 502 Cafe in Louisville, Kentucky. Named after legendary boxer "Mohammad Ali" I'll see I can go the distance, or if this sandwich will knock me down for the count in this gastronomic slugfest!

Challengers have 24 minutes to finish the entire giant barbecue sandwich challenge made of the following:
- 1lb of their "house blended burger"
- Fried green tomatoes
- Fried pickles
- FOUR different types of cheese
- 1/4 lb chicken
- 1/4 lb pulled pork
- 1/4 lb brisket
- 1/4 lb pork belly
- Brisket chili
- Beer cheese
- 502 Cafe signature BBQ Sauce
- Multiple slices of Texas toast
If that's not enough, it's also STACKED with onion rings and surrounded with a DOUBLE SIDE OF TOTS!!
