Sometimes an asset comes out that is so special that you have to do something drastic to work it into your build. In this one, we're doing just that - blowing up our existing college campus to work in Mac Welshman's beautiful University of San Diego asset. And because I love scope creep, we'll call a bit of a mulligan on the entire city between the university and downtown to give it a bit more density.

This is a big, but necessary build. Enjoy!
