This is the 1933 Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Monza (chassis SF28/2211120) from the famous The Pearl Collection, Fritz Burkard's extraordinary collection of classic cars. It is one of the most important and successful pre-war racing cars in motorsport history. The car is powered by a supercharged inline-8 engine with a 2.6-litre displacement, delivering 215 hp. Developed by Scuderia Ferrari and Vittorio Jano for the 1933 season to keep the car competitive against the new Bugattis and Maseratis. Questa è l'Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Monza del 1933 (telaio SF28/2211120) della celebre The Pearl Collection, la straordinaria collezione d'auto d'epoca di Fritz Burkard. Si tratta di una delle vetture da corsa anteguerra più importanti e vincenti della storia del motorsport. La vettura adotta un motore a 8 cilindri in linea con compressore volumetrico, avente cilindrata maggiorata a 2,6 litri, capace di erogare 215 cv. Sviluppato dalla Scuderia Ferrari e da Vittorio Jano per la stagione del 1933 al fine di mantenere l'auto competitiva contro le nuove Bugatti e Maserati.
