Thirty years on a resume tells you how long someone showed up. It doesn't tell you what they learned.

Plenty of people repeat their first year thirty times and call it experience. Others spend those same decades building judgment, reading patterns, earning perspective you can't fake. Two very different workers, and hiring systems read them as the same line on a page.

That gap is where good people get passed over, and where the wrong ones get waved through.
