NVIDIA GEFORCE DRIVER 334.89
These are the settings that I should have no problem with playing at at least 60fps... 40 fps on very low settings is absolutely atrocious even for my rig. Unfortunately, it feels like the game is poorly optimized, so hopefully the next driver will fix that.

i7-2700K 3.5 Ghz
16GB DDR3 1600Mhz
