Headgame (2018) follows a group of strangers who suddenly wake up in a remote, enclosed forest with no memory of how they got there. They soon realize they are part of a twisted survival experiment where each person is implanted with a device that monitors their emotions. The rules are simple but brutal: if their fear, stress, or emotional levels rise too high, the device inflicts intense pain or even kills them.
