This is an in depth review of the ELITE DRIVE II road bike wheels - sent to us for free for review. We have taken a close look at all the elements of the wheels including hub internals and design, the carbon spokes, the rim and the overall build quality with close attention to the spoke tension. The seem unbeatable value for the potential performance they offer on paper. To add context to the review we compare to the very similar, but european based, ERE Research GENUS II wheels.
The Elite Wheels are being donated to a Youth Racing Team on the strict understanding they have no guarantees from Mapdec as to their safety.
