Not the content on it, the screen itself, pulsing in a way your eyes can't catch but your brain apparently can. It exists. You can pull it up yourself. The strange part is who invented it, and everything that was already happening in the decades before he filed it.
This one runs from a quiet aerospace scientist in Southern California, to a microwave beam aimed at the US embassy in Moscow for years, to a diplomat illness that still doesn't have an official explanation, to the day Facebook admitted it quietly ran an experiment on the emotions of 689,000 people.
