Okay, hear me out... Jeff got a buff in Marvel Rivals season 2.5. After the recent update that brought us Ultron and the new convoy map, there were also a wide variety of hero adjustments. Jeff was on the list of heroes to receive an overhaul, and it seamlessly merged his offensive and support capabilities into one cohesive package. I see this as an absolute win/win.
