Thanks to the new update 1.0.7, the staircase fight is back to its glory in chapter 13 (Temple of Sacrifice). It is worse than Elizebeth.
Edit: Ok, maybe it is not 1:1 with the original, but the number of enemies brought back the chaotic stair fight.
