At BluArmor, rider technology is about more than communication. It’s about making two-wheeler travel safer, more comfortable, and better connected. In this video, the team shares how they developed the C60 Pro, their flagship communication device with Autodesk Fusion.

The C60 Pro is a device that attaches to a motorcycle helmet and connects riders to their phones for calls, navigation, and music, while also enabling group communication through BluArmor’s mesh technology. Safety features such as crash detection are built into the system, bringing communication and rider support together in a single product.

Developing the C60 Pro meant balancing many requirements at once. The team had to consider safety, aesthetics, manufacturability, and overall product performance while coordinating across multiple design and engineering stakeholders. Rapidly exploring concepts and narrowing them down to the strongest solutions became an important part of the development process.

By using Autodesk Fusion, BluArmor brought its design and engineering teams together on a single platform. This gave the team a shared environment for collaboration while helping them move more quickly from early concepts through detailed design and manufacturing.

Fusion’s simulation and parametric modeling capabilities helped the team refine structural strength, cross-section details, and other critical aspects of the product. IIt also allows core design features to be reused across future modules and variants without starting from scratch.

Fusion also made it easier for BluArmor to collaborate with external OEM partners by working with different file types and formats in one environment. With design and engineering data connected in a single place, the team can update designs more efficiently, adapt them for future products, and continue exploring how AI capabilities and Autodesk Assistant can support the next generation of two-wheeler technology.
