I loved the classic encounter levels in DOOM 2016 and I was a lil disappointed they did not come back for DOOM Eternal. I'm happy to say that DOOM The Dark Ages Revelations brings back the classic encounter levels. Not only that but you don the most infamous shotgun of all gaming. This thing absolutely wrecks demons.

Finding all the secret encounters will reward the player with the 93 classic shotgun for the DLC levels. The shotgun is still tremendous in the regular levels. It instantly falter any enemies and can obliterate projectiles. It starts off with 18 shells and you can find ammo around levels. Do pick your encounters well though since ammo is scarce.
