Well it's not QUITE the same. Yes both share the improved health and slow shell travel speed I recommended, however this Object 261 Version 4 has a gun more akin to a heavy tank and it retains it's top down view. In fact, it's an exadurated short range top down, allowing me to shoot people over buildings from 200m away. It's strange and I'm not sure if it's good for the game.
