Sometimes failed or retired satellites start working again, earning them the nickname "zombie satellites". I took a look at some of these undead devices, hearing several still transmitting radio signals to Earth long after their missions supposedly ended.

I attempted to use his GNU-Radio flowchart but had some issues with it, I likely had the wrong sample rate. You can find his code here: github.com/RAD750/itos-decoder
