This is the... Z Flip3 smartphone game controller 4 in 1 set by RetroidShop. A 3D printed controller for rhythm games! I didn't review the normal gamepad face in the video, so I'll add it here: It works pretty well.

Overall I'd only recommend getting this for the default gamepad keypad and the DDR keypad or if just getting these for casual play and for the novelty.
