Update July 2024 - Yamaha now replaces the LCDs on the PSR-E473 & PSR-EW410 free-of-charge, even outside the normal warranty period. If your model experiences this problem and you still have the original proof of purchase, send it in and it will be fixed for free. If you want to fix yourself or if sending it in is not possible, Yamaha should be able to supply you with part number LCD VGG10900 for the LCD.
