Everyone on the planet is experiencing some form of water stress. That’s why this $119M global competition is addressing water scarcity in three key ways:
➡️ Mobilizing innovators across the globe to develop innovative technologies to address water scarcity.
➡️ Designing new seawater desalination systems and their components to be more reliable, affordable, and sustainable, enabling access to desalination technology to the greatest number of people.
➡️ Propelling novel seawater desalination materials and methods to transform existing desalination technologies.
For a challenge this big, we need even bigger and bolder technologies to make seawater desalination a cost-effective solution that could be adopted globally.
