In today's adventure, I'm getting face to face with rescued foxes at Pawsitive Beginnings in the Florida Keys! I team up with Nicole Navarro, who is without a doubt a hero in the wildlife community. She founded Pawsitive Beginnings Sanctuary in 2020 and provides a home to foxes rescued from the fur trade. Between educating the public about the fur industry, utilizing these foxes as therapeutic animals, and more she is the definition of a hero in the wildlife community.

Many people don't recognize that the fur industry is going strong here in the United States, Animals like foxes, minks, and coyotes are bred in captivity purely for this trade. In this episode you learn all about the industry and the touching stories of the foxes that call this sanctuary home!
