Granola Recipe I made in the video:
Ingredients
β’ 3 cups old-fashioned oats
β’ 2 cups nuts, chopped (preferably unsalted)
β’ 1/4 cup brown sugar
β’ 1 teaspoon salt
β’ 1/4 cup neutral oil
β’ 1/4 cup maple syrup
β’ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (or almond) extract
β’ 1 cup dried fruit (I like a mix of dried cherries, blueberries & cranberries, but you could use anything or leave it out if you prefer fresh fruit)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300Β°F.
2. In an oven-safe pot such as a Dutch oven, combine the oats, chopped nuts, and brown sugar. Mix together.
3. In a measuring cup, mix the salt, oil, and maple syrup. Pour into your oats and mix well.
4. Bake for an hour, stirring every fifteen minutes.
