1) Checking the homogeneity of heating wood veneer during sticking it to the edge of the wooden boards.
2) We measure the temperature on the machine, which places the wood veneer to the edge of the wood board.
3) We measure the minimum temperature, maximum temperature and standard deviation by which we determine the homogeneity of the heating of veneer.
4) On the chart, we monitor changes in the value of measurement points in time.
5) We compare values of the measured points with the required values.
6) If the temperature of any measured point does not meet the requirements, #Workswell #ThermoInspector is able to transmit the signal to the control system. A poorly manufactured piece has not any chance to get clients and can be repaired immediately.
