Here is a quick tutorial on how I did this watermarble wave. It really is simple, but you have to swirl it up fast to get the polish to move where you want it. I marbled using all Boii Cosmetics polishes from the Girl Power Collection. I used Confident Neon Tangerine Girl, Fearless Neon Yellow Girl and Brave Neon Blue Girl.
