You don't need a real thermal camera to create this cool effect. Here's how to recreate Brockhampton's iridescence Thermal Effect (from the album art and J'Ouvert) for free, with no presets or plugins, in Hitfilm Express.
Note that this is highly stylistic, and getting colors straight from the album art won't result in the most realistic thermal camera effect. If you want to make it more realistic, you should probably get rid of the pinks and whites and replace them with orange/red, and add a deeper blue at the lower end. You can also add overlays/grunge effects.
