TAW Short Short Films 2022
This year we are happy to celebrate a 10-year anniversary of A Short, Short Film project we started back in 2012! Now, this project counts an impressive and wonderful collection of more than 70 animated short films created over the years!
A Short, Short Film project is a collaboration between the first-year Character Animation and the first-year Computer Graphic Arts students at The Animation Workshop/VIA University College, where they work together to create 45-second short films targeted at children’s audiences.
Eight teams consisting of five to six students work together to create their films from concept to finished 2D film in just four weeks. The starting point for their films is a few random keywords to kick off their storytelling, as well as two visual styles to inspire the visual look of the films.
This year the project was supervised by teachers: Julia Bracegirdle, Uri Kranot, Philip Piaget, Martin Holm Agersnap-Grevy, and Liga Miezite Jensen.
