God's word is essential to our bearing fruit which is acceptable to him. Without the fruitfulness which is according to God's word we cannot please God and our lives will never be what he would have them to be. Scriptures considered include Matthew 13.18-23, John 15.8, John 12.49-50, 1 Timothy 1.1-11, Jeremiah 10.23, Matthew 7.24-27, Mark 12.29, Hebrews 8.9-13.
