There appears to be an issue affecting some Newmar motorhomes where the Mobileye camera is actually coming loose and falling off the windshield.
But the camera itself may not be the real problem. 👀
In this video, we’re at Dave’s RV Center in Danbury, Connecticut, where they’re looking into what may be causing it — including the possibility that the dashboard isn’t properly secured, allowing movement and vibration that can ultimately affect the Mobileye camera.
Dave’s RV Center is working on a fix, and we wanted to share what they’re finding so other Newmar owners know what to look for.
If you own a Newmar equipped with Mobileye and have noticed the camera moving, coming loose, or falling off the windshield, this is definitely worth checking out.
