This video received a privacy complaint regarding content from 0:00 to 2:00:00. First this video does NOT violate anyone's privacy. This conversation was originally posted to the BlackBusterCritic channel and was posted here with his permission. The conversation was recorded using skype.
According to the Skype Terms of Service Section 6.4 paragraph 5

As such it is legal to record this conversation and post it to YouTube.
It is further stated that nobody's privacy was violated as no real names were mentioned, just user names that both parties went by on YouTube. No other personally identifiable information is present in this video. Blackbustercritic recorded his face himself, and the photo from LifeInATent is from his YouTube channel avatar, both of which were provided to YouTube themselves.
According to the privacy guidelines of YouTube, For content to
be considered for removal, an individual must be uniquely identifiable by
image, voice, full name, Social Security number, bank account number or
contact information (e.g., home address, email address). In this case no individual is uniquely identifiable as no real names were used in this video.
