According to Sarzah Yeasmin, if AI driven platforms are given free range to define education in Bangladesh in ways that fit their financially driven needs, classrooms risk becoming data farms. But if governments, teachers, communities and students can find ways to use AI to benefit their learning outcomes — rather than helping them do their homework as fast as possible —, education technologies can become a tool to help drive equity and imagination.
