What was the myth behind this killer, and how that myth became reality

The Pint Sized Slasher:
This is the killer that we re-enact inside Tranquility Lane. The Pint Sized Slasher.An urban myth told to children to keep them indoors after dusk. The slasher would emerge from a doghouse and attack any children who did not heed this warning. However, from a news article we find in the capital post, it becomes clear that this was not just a myth. Someone took this myth and made it into reality. Well in this episode we look at the myth, the real killings, and where we might have found the last murders committed by the Pint Sized Slasher.
