This is a segmented, theoretical run utilizing a banned technique, version change. This is where you, well, switch the version mid run. This allows for us to spawn the 1.9 dragon, convert the 1.9 dragon into the legacy dragon in 1.8, convert the legacy dragon into the PRE-legacy dragon with 1.5.2, switch back to 1.9 which instantly kills the pre-legacy dragon, then go back to 1.8.9 where this dying dragon will generate a portal for us to enter to finish the game.

Now, this technique is banned for pretty obvious reasons, but using it, we can achieve insane times like these. Even if they are not (and never will be) allowed on the boards.

In this "run", I took my enter end PB/WR, then added a segment of me performing version change onto it. And the time of 1:11.600 is obtained with m a t h.

This is all stuff done by me, with TAS, this could definitely go sub 50. If I had a better enter end time and performed better when going to the end portal, this could be 1:09. But after a few other attempts, I could not manage a better time than 1:11.600 for some reason.

I have cut out some stuff to make this slightly (and I mean SLIGHTLY) less boring to watch, this isn't a super entertaining video I will be honest. But I tried to keep in some stuff showing which versions I was going into and such, instead of making a full-on "human watchable" version where only people who know about this technique have any idea what is actually going on.
