Some random game play of Theme Hospital. I was never a huge fan of this game first time around. There's only a limited number of building options available and the game becomes more of a man management sim than a build something sim.
You spend half your time repairing machines and building radiators. It was however quite good fun going back to it for a couple of hours. Some of the illnesses are rather amusing and it's always entertaining killing people off just for the fun of it.
For those that are asking - I still have the original MS-DOS CD and this is simply running through a DOSbox emulator on Windows 7. I have no idea if it will work on Windows 8.
