🏋🏼♀️DAY 6 OUT OF 25 DAYS🏋🏼♀️
25 push-ups for 25 days to help raise awareness for Mental health. PTSD, loneliness, depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety; these are just some of the challenges that many face every day.
The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees.
*Every day you must nominate a different person.
Today I nominate the multi-talented Petra Henry (aka Lady P) 👌
Lady P- you have an arsenal of talents (rapper, singer, model). Can you rap and do push-ups at the same time??? You have 24 hours to accept & post 😉
Let's reach as many people as possible. Let's hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is feeling down, suffering from a mental illness or just really need to talk. You are not alone and we are here for you.
