This is one of those songs that just happens, it doesnt make sense to me but I just start singing these random lines and then 20 minutes later the song is written... I dont even know why this happened. All I know is I want a jet pack now!

Celebrating the 5th anniversary of Absentia with a brand new song about Emily Byrnes journey.
Ive said it before and Ill say it again - this series is really special to me and has helped me in ways I cant begin to express. Emily is a favourite of mine and Im always so excited to write about her.
Thank you to everyone that made Absentia possible and a special thank you to Stana Katic for her portrayal and dedication to this story.
