This year has been a clearing — especially for Black women.

In the Year of the Snake, shedding isn’t optional.
It’s necessary.

So tonight, I’m opening the floor.

Ask me anything about:
• What Black women are being asked to release in this season
• How to stop over-functioning without guilt
• Money, autonomy, and choosing sustainability over martyrdom
• Burnout, nervous system regulation, and rest as strategy
• Boundaries, discernment, and no longer negotiating self-respect
• What 2026 is asking us to step into — individually and collectively
