Over the past few months, I've had nothing but issues with Apple's MacBook Pro. I got it brand new, directly from Apple, but a very specific component, the keyboard, has failed on me multiple times. And this isn't an isolated case - numerous users of the MacBook Pro have reported keyboard unreliability, failure, and generally poor experiences. Apple needs to fix this.
