Lock & Co. Hatters is the world's oldest hat shop, the world's 34th oldest family-owned business and is a Royal warrant holder. Founded in 1676 by Robert Davis, the business has been co-run by the Lock and Stephenson family since 1801.
The hat shop is responsible for the creation of the bowler hat, worn by Charlie Chaplin, and the bicorne hat, worn by Lord Nelson. It has a portfolio of esteemed clients, including the Queen, Oscar Wilde and Winston Churchill.
