Some of Scandinavia's best chefs came together to create exclusive dishes at Heyday, the annual barbecue festival at Holy Smoke BBQ in southern Sweden. From wagyu-stuffed chicken wings to Cambodian-Texas style pork belly and smoked salmon from three Michelin star restaurant Kadeau, these were our favorite bites from the festival.
