This is just a look at some of the work that goes into making sure that boiling day goes as easily as possible. I was able to reduce the 85 gallons of collected sap down to 29 gallons of 7% on this day. That's 56 gallons of water. The Reverse Osmosis machine was slower than hoped on this cold day, but it still did this in under 12 hours saving me 8 hours of boiling time.
