A former Oklahoma City police detective, Lambert learned how to do Kumiko — a Japanese woodworking technique that produces intricate patterns — for a dining table build that is now up for sale to benefit the Katz-Moses Woodworkers With Disabilities Fund.

The organization supports woodworkers who have physical and mental disabilities.
