Again bad sponsor from Nvidia make the game playble only on two cards RTX 4080-4090.
All this CPU and GPU bottleneck in all resolution was clearly idea to marketing ShitVidia Frame Generation.
I see a lots of new game extremly heavly ray traced in order go get down to 30fps and to get use of Fram Generation and DLSS.

For me it give me boost around 50-60% FPS i believe.
In the City atleast for me FPS drop like 45 fps so only outside of city`s i got stable framerate and smooth experience.
