Here's the fight against the Operator and the guardian of ancient vran chamber in Loc Muinne in The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings. This fight is considered one of the most toughest fight in the entire game for me especially his Gargoyles as bodyguards. They certainly deal lots of damage and with their one swing attack it's enough to make you die if you're not fast enough to avoid or block em.

Playing just like a normal fight against other enemies though plus it was really rewarding and satisfying. Aside of that I can choose to accept his offer to use "the artifact" and reallocate Geralt's talents; any other option results in combat.
