This is the "I Didn't Ask To Be Born" scene from the excellent Scottish film "The Winter Guest" in which two schoolboys who ditched school for the day rescue two kittens abandoned on a beach and complain about their seemingly miserable lives.

Both funny and thought provoking, the writing and acting are superb and worthy of an award. *** Please note the language is a bit rough. ***
