Hello everyone, and welcome to the first Budget Builds Episode of 2023, this time we've finally got around to finishing up a video on Samsung's Windows XP Steamdeck UMPC thing. Which was more or less the exact same concept as the Valve Steamdeck, but this thing runs Windows XP with 2005 era parts...and genuinely given how old this thing is they managed to pull off quite a bit.
